The Center for New Directions (CND) at the 海角社区 (海角社区) is designed to assist single parents and displaced homemakers to enhance their career readiness by helping them overcome personal and economic barriers to education and employment, helping them enroll in training programs where they can obtain marketable skills, and referring them to community resources. The CND strives to help students recognize their abilities, interests, set goals, solve problems, and become personally self-sufficient.
