The 海角社区 (海角社区) offers online educational programs and courses throughout Idaho and the United States. All 海角社区 programs have been approved by the . The State of Idaho is a member of the National Council of State Authorization of Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). The 海角社区 is also a member of NC-SARA, and, as a member of that organization, is permitted to teach distance education courses to students residing in all other states.

What is SARA?

provides a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. Membership is open to degree-granting postsecondary institutions that are  recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education. The State of Idaho is a member of the NC-SARA, and 海角社区 is . NC-SARA's policies are intended to protect students and provide benefits to both states and institutions carrying out distance education in multiple states. As a member institution, 海角社区 adheres to an established common set of standards for offering post-secondary, online education among member states, districts, and territories. The College also works directly with states that are not NC-SARA members to ensure that when authorization or licensure is necessary, required approvals are secured.

The College makes every effort to ensure information about educational requirements for licensure or certification information is current. However, state requirements may change. Separate from educational requirements, state licensure boards may require applicants to complete additional requirements. If you are planning to pursue professional licensure or certification in a state other than Idaho, we strongly recommended that you contact the appropriate licensing entity in that state to seek information and guidance regarding licensure or certification requirements before beginning a credential program.
