Passports and Passages: Writing as a Bridge between High School, College, and the World
"Passports and Passages" brings together Idaho high school and college English teachers from around the state to discuss how we teach writing and to consider innovative ways for promoting literacy and writing - across grade levels and in all corners of the state.
This year, our theme is voices. In our increasingly loud world, it can be easy to feel “drowned out”, and this is doubly true for many of our students. Our speakers hope to provide tools and ideas for helping to foster our students’ voices, particularly as they intersect with identity, nature, literature, and even artificial intelligence.
