Residential Construction
The Residential Construction Basic Technical Certificate program provides students an introductory overview of the residential construction industry and construction trades, including jobsite safety, tool identification and use, and a general understanding of design, workflow, installation, and finish. It prepares students with the essential skills for entry level assistant labor positions across a variety of construction trades.
