Availability of Institutional and Financial Aid Information

        • Students borrowing William D. Ford Direct Stafford Loans for the first time must complete an online entrance counseling session. Students who have completed an entrance counseling session at 海角社区 previously do not need to repeat an entrance counseling session



        • Students who drop below six credits in any one semester or if graduating from the 海角社区, will be required to complete an Exit Counseling session. Login online to your student aid account using your FSAID to complete your Direct Loan Exit Counseling. If not completed a hold will be placed on the students 海角社区 account which will prevent official transcripts from being released.

      Both student and parent borrowers of Title IV funds are advised that their information will be submitted to the National Student Loan Data System.


      The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) is the U.S. Department of Education's (ED's) central database for student aid. NSLDS receives data from schools, guaranty agencies, the Direct Loan program, and other Department of ED programs. The information reported to the NSLDS database is accessible by schools, and other authorized NSLDS users.

This statement addresses the U.S. Department Regulatory Citation: 34 CFR § 668.71 through 668.75, Federal Register Pages: 66913, 66958-66960 Regarding the Prohibition of Misrepresentation to Students and Others at 海角社区.

海角社区 strives to provide accurate, honest and clear information in print, online, broadcast media or oral presentations. The college will make every effort to avoid misrepresentation to students and others in communications made in writing, visually, orally, or through other means. Training of employees and monitoring communication is a key component of this procedure.

The current regulations provide numerous examples of topics that cannot be misrepresented within each of the four areas covered by statute 20 USC § 1094(c)(3). Those four areas include:

  • The nature of the institution’s educational programs
    • You can find full program information at programs
  • The institution’s financial charges.
  • The employability of the institution’s graduates.
    • You can find employment data and salary wage information at the Idaho Department of .
  • Relationship with the Department of Education. A Title IV eligible school may not describe its participation in a way that suggests approval or endorsement by the Department of Education of the quality of its educational programs.
